QA/QC Introduction

QC/Technical Support
The Quality Control Department is in charge of inspecting raw materials
and controlling the quality, and also inspects the quality of manufacture
and shipment. Our company has many facilities such as RoHS tester.

Materials/Components
-Our company has cooperated with about 300 suppliers for a long time,
-The suppliers offer us quality materials and components.

Procedures/testing Details
IQC: all raw materials are checked by the advanced machines and then
      can be used.
QC: all the products are inspected by QC team and then be made artificial
     aging, after that it can process next working procedure.
QA: in order to guarantee the quality of product, all products are rechecked
      by QA before shipment.
